The pillow is super cute. I can’t west to give it to my sister for her birthday. However the finish quality was poor. The opening where it was stuffed was barely sewn. I had to hand sew it to close it up and fix it.

When deciding on which photos to use, I suggest taking the photo straight on at eye level with the pet. Have it be in a well lit environment with no obstructions in the way. This would produce the best and most accurate outcome with regards to lighting, clarity, and proportions.

There were a few tiny issues with the ordering process, for some reason I didn't get an email, the proof wouldn't show up on my phone only my computer, and there was a bit of a delay in processing/shipping. I chose a smaller pillow because the picture was older. I chose to have them send me a proof, just in case there was an issue with the picture. They e-mailed me the proof within days and shipped the pillow a few days after I approved it. The pillow is so cute and is on our couch.
